Survey Ethics Form
Forms can be overwhelming and hard to understand. Working with social scientists we wanted to take the opportunity to build trust with our audience by making this ethics form warm, friendly and really easy to understand.
Personification and warm colours are used to build connection. Simple language and a really clear information structure, with visual sign posts help make this form a joy to read.
